IdB Emerging Companies is a concentrated long only fund which invest in the stocks of smaller companies with a focus on Europe ex-UK.  The fund will invest in a balanced mix of high quality companies with further growth potential and turnaround situations where there are credible signs of an improvement in operational performance.  In both cases substantial effort is placed on company valuation to ensure an attractive risk/reward investment profile.  The fund may hold a sizeable cash position if the manager is unable to find suitable investment opportunities.
