December 2007 - IdB MM Japan and IdB MM Asia ex Japan merged with IdB MM Equity
On 7 December 2007 the following sub funds of Insinger de Beaufort Manager Selection SICAV, being IdB MM Japan and IdB MM Asia ex Japan have merged with IdB MM Equity. The two funds have ceased to exist as of the 7th of December and current participations have been exchanged for the IdB MM Equity fund class A.

September 2007 - Notification: IdB MM Japan and IdB MM Asia ex Japan will merge with IdB MM Equity
On 7 December 2007 the following sub funds of Insinger de Beaufort Manager Selection SICAV, being IdB MM Japan and IdB MM Asia ex Japan will merge with IdB MM Equity. The two funds will cease to exist on the 7th of December. Current participations will be exchanged for the IdB MM Equity fund class A.

August 2007 - Long Short merged with Directional Managers
As of 31 July 2007 the following sub fund of Absolute Return Strategy SICAV, being ARS Long Short, has merged with the sub fund Directional Managers. The first mentioned fund ceased to exist as of 31st of July 2007. For the notification to current investors, please click here.

31 August 2006 -  Fowarding delay of the semi-annual account of IdB Manager Selection ICVC (OEIC)
Please be advised that due to an unforeseen postal strike in Exeter the forwarding of the semi-annual accounts for the period ended 30 June 2006 to the shareholders has been delayed. The semi-annual accounts will be forwarded as soon as the postal services in Exeter have resumed.
